Yes, for our Growth and Turbo Growth customers we offer our standard customer DPA. Enterprise clients will be offered a Master Service Agreement including an SLA and DPA.

Mopinion is Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) and is therefore available 24/7. To run our feedback forms on your (mobile) website just implement our Javascript-tag in your HTML-body or in your Tag Management solution (for example, Google Tag Manager).
