Multi-factor Authentication All packages are granted an extra layer of security with our two-factor authentication, or 2FA (enabled individually per user). For Enterprise customers only, we offer an enforced two-factor authentication which enables the administrator(s) to turn on the 2FA for the entire subdomain (i.e. all users).
Single Sign-On The Single-Sign On (SSO) option enables users to log into their Mopinion accounts via their Google account, saving time and offering an extra layer of security.

Mopinion is Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) and is therefore available 24/7. To run our feedback forms on your (mobile) website just implement our Javascript-tag in your HTML-body or in your Tag Management solution (for example, Google Tag Manager). Correct, for Dutch customers we add 21% VAT and for EU customers the ‘reverse charge’ ruling applies. Please make sure to add your VAT-number during registration. For customers outside the EU, no VAT will be charged.

Upon request, we only offer an SLA to customers with an Enterprise plan.

After signing up for a trial, you’ll have 14 days to test out the software. For more information on getting set up, be sure to consult the Mopinion Knowledge Base. Once this trial expires, we’ll keep your feedback inbox active but your feedback reports will go offline until you upgrade to a paid plan.
