Multi-factor Authentication All packages are granted an extra layer of security with our two-factor authentication, or 2FA (enabled individually per user). For Enterprise customers only, we offer an enforced two-factor authentication which enables the administrator(s) to turn on the 2FA for the entire subdomain (i.e. all users).

Do you have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

Yes, for our Growth and Turbo Growth customers we offer our standard customer DPA. Enterprise clients will be offered a Master Service Agreement including an SLA and DPA.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards for pre-authorised monthly/annual billing. For annual billing, we also offer invoicing as a payment option. For other payments (for example, wire transfers) please contact: sales@mopinion.com.

Can web agencies use Mopinion?

Yes, we have partnerships with web and research agencies. Contact us at sales@mopinion.com or check out our Partner page for more information.

What is the cancellation policy?

Can you tell me more about security?

Mopinion’s most important concern is the protection and reliability of customer data. We are ISO 27001 certified and follow strict web programming guidelines.

Do I need to install anything?

Mopinion is Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) and is therefore available 24/7. To run our feedback forms on your (mobile) website just implement our Javascript-tag in your HTML-body or in your Tag Management solution (for example, Google Tag Manager). Learn more about this on our integrations page. If you're collecting feedback from a native app, you can do this seamlessly with our mobile SDK.

Do you offer discounts for Non-Profits?

Yes. To discuss this in more detail, please contact sales@mopinion.com.

Are these prices excluding Value-Added Tax (VAT)?

Correct, for Dutch customers we add 21% VAT and for EU customers the ‘reverse charge’ ruling applies. Please make sure to add your VAT-number during registration. For customers outside the EU, no VAT will be charged.

What type of Service Level Agreements (SLA) does Mopinion offer?

Upon request, we only offer an SLA to customers with an Enterprise plan.

I’ve signed up for a trial. What’s next?

After signing up for a trial, you’ll have 14 days to test out the software. For more information on getting set up, be sure to consult the Mopinion Knowledge Base. Once this trial expires, we’ll keep your feedback inbox active but your feedback reports will go offline until you upgrade to a paid plan.
